Lately I’ve realized something:
I’m not healing so I can better handle trauma.
I’m healing so I can actually feel joy.
To notice the ordinary moments that make up a beautiful life. To be present enough to enjoy them. To hear myself again.
Here are five things I’ve been doing:
I made my phone a landline. It rings if someone needs me. Otherwise, it stays where it is. I work from my computer and let my phone be...just a phone.
I came back to my Kundalini practice. I wandered away for a while, but nothing regulates my nervous system, clears the mental clutter, and helps me hear my own inner voice the way Kundalini does.
I’m honoring my priorities. My family comes first. I’m spending less time questioning every decision and more time trusting the life I’m already building.
I’m being kinder to my mind. Less judgment. More curiosity. More grace. More love for the person I’m becoming.
I’m letting my life matter without an audience. Some of the most meaningful moments don’t need to be shared to be real.
None of these are dramatic.
They’re quiet.
But quiet things change us.
That’s really what Camp Kundalini: Higher Ground is about - not becoming someone new, but creating enough space to hear the person you’ve been all along.
If your nervous system has been asking for a softer place to land, I’d love to have you join us.
Big love,
A
