Snow Inspired

It feels so good to stand in awe
Jaw slack eyes wide
Taking in a magical moment simply
Standing in my driveway
Kids laughing around me
Something as simple as falling snow
Taking my breath away 
The way it tumbles from the sky
Effortlessly 
Coating my dark hair in crispy white
Tiny miracles land in my hand and 
On my tongue 
The cold may be nipping at my nose
But it can’t tear me away from this masterpiece
